Welcome to The Pink Princess Vault LLC. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with The Pink Princess Vault, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • You agree to all policies posted on this website, including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

  • You understand that certain products are final sale due to hygiene regulations.

These Terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

The Pink Princess Vault sells personal-use beauty products including:

  • Hair extensions

  • Wigs

  • Eyelashes

  • Beauty accessories

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge:

  • Our products are for external cosmetic use only.

  • You are responsible for testing for allergies or sensitivities before full application.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, dyeing, cutting, bleaching, over-processing, or third-party stylist damage.

We strongly recommend professional installation for hair extensions.

3. Strict Hygiene Policy (No Exceptions)

Due to federal and state health regulations and the personal nature of beauty products:

  • Opened hair extensions are NON-RETURNABLE.

  • Opened eyelashes are NON-RETURNABLE.

  • Any product removed from original packaging is considered used.

  • Items that have been worn, brushed, altered, cut, washed, dyed, installed, or tampered with are ineligible for return.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect all customers.

Attempting to return used merchandise will result in the return being denied.

4. All Sales Final on Opened Beauty Products

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • Beauty products are final sale once opened.

  • Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to improper color matching if product descriptions were accurate.

  • Refunds will not be issued for texture preference dissatisfaction.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Entering the correct shipping address

  • Selecting the correct product, length, texture, and color

  • Reviewing their order before checkout

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Stolen packages marked “Delivered” by USPS

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

Shipping insurance (if offered) must be selected at checkout.

6. Chargeback & Fraud Policy

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity.

By placing an order, you agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.

  • That filing a false chargeback is considered fraud.

  • We reserve the right to submit evidence to your bank including:

    • Order confirmation

    • Tracking confirmation

    • Delivery confirmation

    • IP address verification

    • Billing and shipping address match

    • Customer communication history

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported and may result in permanent banning from future purchases.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Block customers who abuse refund policies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pink Princess Vault shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Hair damage due to chemical treatment

  • Improper installation or removal

  • Lost income or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, product names, branding, photos, descriptions, and graphics are the property of The Pink Princess Vault.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from purchases shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].
