At The Pink Princess Vault, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and eyelashes. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow strict return guidelines to protect all customers.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

For health and safety reasons, hair extensions, wigs, and eyelashes are considered personal-use items and fall under strict hygiene regulations.

To ensure the safety of all customers:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, worn, tried on, brushed, cut, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible for consideration.

Any item that shows signs of wear, odor, tampering, or alteration will be refused.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The product is in its original packaging with all seals intact

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

All approved returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened eyelashes

  • Opened hair extensions

  • Custom orders

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email us at [your email address]

  3. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our hygiene and safety standards.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
