Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing the next shipping day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Available shipping services may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times vary based on the service selected and your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Selected USPS shipping service

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website when available.

Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping Days

We ship six (6) days per week, Monday through Saturday.
We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for carrier delays. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim or locating your shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
